Done-for-you email marketing

Your email system, built and run for you.

AutoMail writes and sends the welcome emails, follow-ups and monthly campaigns your business keeps meaning to get to — in your voice. It isn't a tool you have to learn, and it isn't a retainer that starts with a proposal call.

Tell us about the business and you'll get back the sequences we'd write for it. No call, no contract.

We use this only to prepare your plan and reply to you. Nothing is charged, and there is no contract to sign.

  • Set up once, then it runs
  • Written in your voice
  • We handle the sending
  • No sales call, no contract
An email sequence being written, scheduled and sent A panel of written emails flows down a schedule line to three checkpointed sends, then into a results chart that loops back to the sequence.

Every sequence we build gets scheduled, sent and read — and the next round is written from what the last one did.

What you get

The whole email system, and none of the work

You already have the customers and a list worth talking to. What's usually missing is the writing, the schedule and somebody to actually send it. That part is ours.

Your welcome sequence

The emails a new subscriber or customer gets in their first days, written for what you sell. The first thing they hear from you stops being silence.

Follow-ups that run themselves

The emails that keep a lead warm and answer the questions that stall a sale — sent on schedule instead of when you remember.

A campaign every month

Written and scheduled for you, so the list you built in the last year hears from you this month without you opening a template library.

A summary, in plain language

Here's what went out and what it did. No dashboard to interpret and no metric you have to build yourself.

How fast

What happens after you send the form

Three things, in this order.

Within one business day

A reply from us, in writing, with a first read on your business and the sequences we'd write for it. No calendar link, no discovery call.

Then a short intake

A handful of questions over email: what you sell, who buys it, how you talk about it, and where your list lives today.

Then your system, drafted

Your welcome sequence, follow-ups and first monthly campaign — written in your voice and sent to you to approve or change.

From there we schedule and send. You get the summary each month, and the routine work stays with us.

What we can prove

Claims you can check, and the ones we won't make

We're new, so we won't show you a wall of logos. Here is what holds from the very first reply — and what we refuse to put in writing.

  • No sales call to get started. The form is the whole start, and every answer you get back is in writing.
  • No contract to get going. Nothing you submit signs you into a term, and nothing is charged while you decide.
  • Your list stays yours. We don't ask for it on a form, and everything we write for you is yours to keep and reuse.
  • You see the number before you commit. Your plan comes with your price in writing — never a figure you have to sit through a call to hear.

How it works

Three steps, and only one of them is yours

The first step is deliberately small: you send a form, we come back with the plan.

  1. Tell us about your business

Two minutes by form: what you sell, who buys it, and where your list lives today. No call, no meeting, nothing to book.

  2. Approve the direction once

We write your sequences and send them to you. Change anything you want — that review is the only part that needs you.

  3. It runs, and you get the summary

We schedule and send, watch what lands, adjust the next round from what the data shows, and send you a plain-language summary.

Questions

The things people ask before they send the form

Do I have to get on a call?

No. The form is the whole start. We reply in writing with the sequences we'd write for your business, and everything after that can stay in email. If you would rather talk, you can write to us — but nothing about starting requires it.

What does it cost?

We don't publish one flat number, because the work is sized to the business. You get the number that applies to you in writing, with your plan, before you commit to anything — not after a call, and not behind a contract. Nothing is charged while you're deciding.

Do I need a big list to start?

No. If you have customers or past enquiries you can email, that's enough. If you don't have a list yet, say so in the form and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help — a dead list with no other way to reach people is not something we'd dress up as an opportunity.

I already use an email platform. Do I have to change it?

Tell us which one in the form. Your plan will say whether your current setup can send what you need. If it can't, we'll say so plainly rather than sell you a switch you don't need.

Will the emails sound like me, or like a template?

They're written from your intake, in the way you already talk about what you sell, and sent to you for approval. You can change any of it. Nothing goes out that you haven't seen the direction for.

Who owns my list and the emails you write?

You do. Your list stays where it is and stays yours. Everything we write for you is yours to keep and reuse, including if you stop working with us.

How hands-off is it, really?

Once you've approved the direction, the routine work is ours: writing, scheduling, sending and adjusting the next round. You read the summary and steer. You are not building automations in a tool and you are not writing the copy.

Send us your business. We'll send back the email system we'd run for it.

One form, one reply in writing, no call and no contract. If it isn't a fit for what you sell, we'll tell you that instead of finding a way to sell it to you.
