Terms of service
Plain language, and the same version we'll hold ourselves to: what you get, what it costs, how you stop, and what we own.
What AutoMail is
AutoMail is a done-for-you email marketing service. We write and assemble the email sequences and campaigns for your business, schedule and send them, read what they did, and report back in plain language. The specific work agreed for your business is the work described in the plan we send you.
Your plan is the agreement
When you send the form on this site, you are asking for a plan, not ordering the service. We reply with what we would build for your business, what it includes, and the fee that applies to you. Nothing is agreed until you accept that plan in writing.
Price and payment
We don't publish a single flat price, because the work is sized to the business. The fee that applies to you always appears in writing in your plan, before you commit to anything. Nothing is charged while you are deciding, and this site never collects payment details.
No lock-in
Unless your written plan states a fixed term, you can stop at any time by writing to automail@staffera.app. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period beyond what your plan states.
Your list and your content
Your email list stays yours. This site never asks you to hand it over, and we don't sell or share it. Everything we write for you is yours to keep and reuse, including if you stop working with us.
What we don't promise
We don't promise a particular revenue result, open rate or click rate. Email performance depends on your list, your offer and your market, and a number we can't control is a number we won't put in writing. What we do commit to is the work described in your plan, sending on the schedule we agreed, and telling you what went out and what it did.
Availability and problems
We aim to reply within one business day and to keep the schedules we set. If something breaks or a send is delayed, we tell you — you shouldn't have to work it out from the numbers.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page, and the date below always reflects the current version. Material changes apply only to new plans, and we tell existing customers in writing.
