What we collect

• What you type into a form on this site: your name, your work email address, your business name, and anything you add to the optional notes box.
• Ordinary visit information recorded by the platform that hosts this site — for example the page requested and the time of the request — so the site works and we can see how many people found it.

That is the whole list. This site never asks for your customer list, your email platform password, or your payment details.

Why we collect it

The form fields are used for one thing: to reply to you and to prepare the plan you asked for. The visit information is used to keep the site working and to know whether it is being found.

Where it goes

A form submission is stored as a record in the database that runs this site, and it reaches us as a record we read alongside our support inbox. We don't sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. If you ask for a plan, the reply you get is email about your own enquiry — not marketing to a list you were added to.

Who sees it

AutoMail's operators and the automated systems that prepare your plan. Nobody else, apart from the hosting provider that stores the records for us.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Its styles, scripts, fonts and images are served from this site rather than from third parties.

Keeping it, and removing it

We keep enquiries so we can follow up on a request. If you would like your details deleted, email automail@staffera.app from the address you used, and we will remove the record. You don't need to give a reason.

Changes to this page

If this page changes, the date below changes with it. The current version always applies.
